Flying high and far. That's the goal that motivates many pilots and drives them to push their limits in the air. Cross-country flying is primarily about endurance, with mental and physical fitness playing a crucial role in performance. The equipment must not become an additional mental burden.
DELIGHT 4 SPORT is the fourth generation of fully enclosed DELIGHT harnesses, specifically designed for sport paragliding. Comfortable cross-country flights without compromise .
Throughout the entire design phase, the goal was to keep the harness as easy to use as possible, allowing the pilot to focus solely on the essentials of flight. To achieve this, our designers kept three fundamental concepts in mind: comfort, performance, and safety .
The harness structure is stiffer than that of its predecessor, the DELIGHT3, allowing for hours of comfortable flight. The pilot will feel comfortable in every phase of flight . The use of a seat board prevents pressure points on the sides and filters the airflow. This filtered airflow ensures that only the information necessary for precise control is transmitted. In turbulent conditions, the stable and reassuring nature of the DELIGHT 4 SPORT allows you to concentrate fully on your flight task, without experiencing unnecessary distractions.
The safety is the focus of the DELIGHT 4 SPORT's development. Equipped with a new BUMPAIR, which is lighter than that of the DELIGHT3, the harness offers a High-performance protection for maximum security . Divided into two segments, a zipper allows the cover to be folded flat for easy and compact storage in a backpack after the flight. For maximum passive safety, a locking mechanism (450 kg) approved according to the latest standards is used for double securing of the closure.
For maximum comfort In flight, it's essential that everything is practical and easy to handle and operate – practicality and simplicity in every single detail. The DELIGHT 4 SPORT is therefore a harness generously equipped with accessories, providing you with everything you need in flight: a large, stable cockpit, USB cable routing, pockets, various openings for hydration system hoses, ballast deflation, and a bladder outlet. Adjusting the harness in flight is also simple, allowing you to fine-tune your position at any point during the flight.
Profiling The DELIGHT 4 SPORT features improved streamlining of the harness. Its more aerodynamic profile enhances performance on cross-country flights and improves and stabilizes the harness on the yaw axis. The sport version of the DELIGHT4 is designed for cross-country pilots seeking a high-performance harness without compromising on comfort and safety.
