It was designed primarily for weight-conscious XC pilots who prefer compact and comfortable equipment. Accordingly, the geometry and seat shell were optimized for maximum flight comfort – ideal for your long-distance flights. The aerodynamic silhouette ensures you fly as efficiently and powerfully as possible.

To ensure you can take everything you need with you, every inch of space was used efficiently during the development of the RANGE X-ALPS3. This gives you ample storage space for your belongings, even on longer trips.

Despite its extremely small weight (starting at 1.95 kg) and compact pack size, we placed great emphasis on ease of use. Thanks to its intuitive handling, the RANGE X-ALPS3 is suitable for both hike & fly competition pilots and cross-country pilots. The PERMAIR technology, with its large protector, offers a high level of passive safety and perfectly complements the overall package.
