Broaden your horizons.
The SPIRIT was designed for adventures in alpine terrain and is your ideal companion for demanding hike/climb & fly tours. When developing this lightweight paraglider, we focused on minimal pack size, lowest possible weight, ease of use, and maximum flying fun. At an ultralight 1.75 kg, the SPIRIT packs down incredibly small – perfect for strenuous high-altitude tours!
Depending on the size and wing loading, you can choose a glider that perfectly suits your needs: The smaller sizes quickly develop bank angle and dynamic performance, making them ideal for dynamic flying maneuvers, rapid altitude loss, and strong winds. The larger sizes of the SPIRIT can even be used for training and are therefore also suitable for progressive newcomers to paragliding who want to use the glider as a simple descent aid after a challenging project.

HOW DOES THE SPIRIT FLY?
The compact wing allows takeoffs from very small areas; a slight impulse is all it takes for the canopy to rise reliably above the pilot. Because the wing generates lift quickly, the takeoff run is correspondingly short, making takeoffs possible even in technically challenging terrain.
In the air, the SPIRIT reacts nimbly and directly to control inputs due to its small wingspan and short lines. The canopy's reactions vary in dynamism depending on the wing loading. The SPIRIT is very stable in turbulence, but its agility at high wing loadings requires some experience and an active flying style.
Despite its low weight, the SPIRIT was not only designed as an ultralight descent aid, but also offers sufficient performance to glide out of long valleys and – depending on the wing loading – can also be used for thermal flying.
Whether it's your first flights or extraordinary expeditions, the SPIRIT is always the first choice for alpine adventures!

What size should I choose for this umbrella?
The SPIRIT is extremely versatile – the choice of size depends heavily on your preferences, weight, and skill level. Its handling varies depending on the size and corresponding wing loading. When heavily loaded, the SPIRIT can be flown very dynamically. When lightly loaded, it's suitable for thermal soaring and, in the larger sizes, can even be used for training.
